TSUGITE tests how your jobs are presented across recruitment pages, job platforms, and social channels. We measure which messages attract relevant candidates, use the results to improve each new version, and build a repeatable format you can scale.

The process can run asynchronously by email. TSUGITE is not a recruiter or employment agency.

THE FRICTION

Before assuming there are no workers,
check whether the information loses them.

01

Is the role still open?

Old years, current vacancies and closed roles remain on one page. A candidate cannot tell whether an application is welcome.

02

Useful facts stay buried

Training, the first 90 days and the shape of a real workday matter more than slogans—yet are often hardest to find.

03

The first step is too heavy

A curious candidate is asked for a full application, address and date of birth before they can ask a simple question.

THE TSUGITE RULE If compensation or working conditions are the real constraint, we do not disguise them with better copy. We separate an information problem from an employment-offer problem.

HOW IT WORKS

Verify before building.
Change one thing at a time.

  1. 1

    OUTSIDE-IN

    Inspect the public journey

Review job pages, recruitment pages and application routes. Map contradictions, unanswered questions and likely exits.

  2. 2

    VERIFY

    Confirm the operating facts

Check the work, training, compensation, time off and travel with the employer. Only approved facts become candidate-facing material.

  3. 3

    PUBLISH SMALL

    Design one experiment

Choose one high-value hypothesis—a role card, question route or first-90-days explainer—and make it launchable.

  4. 4

    DECIDE

    Read the response

Compare questions, site-visit requests, applications and fit. If the change does not help, record why and stop rather than producing more.

SAMPLE DIAGNOSTIC

A one-page diagnostic
begins at this level.

This fictional example combines patterns from multiple public pages. It does not refer to a particular company.

FIELD-SERVICE COMPANY A · PUBLIC INFORMATION ONLY

“No experience required”—

HYPOTHESIS / UNVERIFIED

FACTS ALREADY PRESENT

  • Company-funded qualifications
  • Work performed in teams
  • Inexperienced applicants welcome

QUESTIONS LEFT OPEN

  • What happens in the first 30 days?
  • Which qualification comes first?
  • Can I ask before applying?

MINIMUM EXPERIMENT

Verify and explain “your first 30 days” on one page. Add a question route beside—not behind—the formal application.

FOUNDING PILOT

The one-page diagnostic is free. ¥50k funds the first experiment.

The outside-in diagnostic is free. The paid cycle begins when TSUGITE verifies the hypothesis with the employer, turns it into something candidates can see and respond to, launches it and measures the result.

FIRST EXPERIMENT CYCLE

¥50,000tax note*

ONLY IF APPROVED AND LAUNCHED

  • Fact verification and hypothesis selection
  • Up to three message or creative variants
  • Launch-ready copy, design and instructions
  • Measurement and result review
Ask about the pilot

* Limited founding-partner price. Paid media, printing, on-site filming, substantial site development and third-party production are excluded. ¥0 if nothing is launched; no subscription commitment.

What TSUGITE does

Candidate-information diagnosis, fact verification, a recruitment-communication experiment and measurement.

What TSUGITE does not do

Candidate sourcing or selection, hiring guarantees, cosmetic rewriting of facts, or publication without approval.

DELIVERABLE

The output is one
launch-ready hiring experiment.

NOT A RECOMMENDATION DECK

TSUGITE turns the selected hypothesis into something a candidate can actually see and act on. The employer receives approved copy, design, launch instructions and a measurement sheet, ready for an existing website, job platform or social channel.

Diagnosis One page mapping unanswered questions, contradictions and application friction

Build One testable hypothesis expressed through page copy, a job listing, role card, static post, short video or question route

Measure Baseline, observable actions, result log and a continue / revise / stop decision

FAQ

Common questions

Can we see the diagnostic before deciding?

Yes. The one-page outside-in hypothesis based on public information is free. If it is not useful, the process ends with no fee.

Is this a full recruitment-site redesign?

No. The first cycle addresses one point most likely to prevent a candidate from making a decision. It can run on an existing website, job board or social channel.

Do we need to transfer candidate personal data?

No. Applications remain in the employer’s existing systems. TSUGITE does not source or select candidates and does not store candidate applications.

Is there a success fee when someone is hired?

No. Compensation is not linked to a candidate, employment contract or number of hires. The founding pilot has one fixed fee when the approved experiment is launched.

What happens after the first experiment?

TSUGITE reviews the result and proposes another experiment only when continuing appears worthwhile. There is no automatic renewal or subscription commitment. Recurring packages and prices will be finalized only after the early pilots establish the real delivery workload.

Do we need a Japanese-language meeting?

No. Fact confirmation and approval can be handled by email or a simple structured form. Japanese translation and writing assistance are used.
